For the last 36 years, Jo Bird & Company Ltd have supplied the offshore energy sector with their high quality safety equipment cabinets constructed from composites. These are manufactured by their dedicated and highly skilled production team at the factory in Somerset. Jo Bird also make cabinets to store lifesaving, fire fighting cabinets as well as more specialised composite structures to Navies around the world. This includes the Royal Navy, Norwegian, Chilean, Algerian and Irish Navies. In addition, the Royal Fleet auxiliary use a variety of Jo Bird cabinets.

The company are suppliers to the UK prime contractors including A&P, BAE systems and Babcock. This is either directly or through their extensive list of LSA distributors across the globe. Quite a number of the cabinets as well as damage control products have NATO stock codes. The extensive range includes high quality injection moulded fire extinguisher cabinets as well as Roller shutter, single door and double door cabinets. These are often customised to perfectly suit the space and specifications requested. This can include insulation and heating to withstand Arctic conditions. Anti-static and flame retardant materials are options too.

Jo Bird were one of the first companies in the South west to sign up to the balanced energy Carbon net zero pledge and have a superb safety record.
